I had a great time at Aurora! I would strongly recommend any actor work here if given the chance.
The stage itself is intimate and sometimes a challenge to work in such a confied, three-quarters thrust. However, the inventiveness of the creative teams and the exciting choices of material means those constraints are often embraced and tend to feel more like intentional choices.
Also worth noting that the pay is excellent, they hire AEA and non-AEA actors, and I believe all are paid the same rate for work.
