Auditions and rehearsals are well-organized and efficient. I was more of a newcomer to theater and was welcomed with open arms. The rehearsal schedule is thoughtfully planned, accommodating actor availability.
If you get the chance, I’d recommend auditioning for one of their shows. They also have a youth program, which I’ve also heard good things about.
